Die Casting

Cutting edge lubricant technology.

Die Casting

The die casting process utilizes both our specially formulated GRAPHACE brand die lubricant and our NEOCASTER brand plunger lubricant. Common problems that many die casters encounter include (but aren’t limited to) porosity, soldering, outgassing, surface defects, and carbon build-up. When using both our GRAPHACE and NEOCASTER products, you can expect:

LESS SPRAY USAGE
EXCELLENT LUBRICITY AND SUPERIOR RELEASE
BRIGHT CLEAN SURFACE
LONGER TIP AND DIE LIFE

Some die casters use a vacuum process to remove the amount of trapped gases within the mold cavity, enabling them to eliminate porosity issues and air-related defects. Utilizing our NEOVAC brand technology of vacuum pump oils greatly contributes to the improvement of casting quality.

Our LUBCASTER brand forging lubricant has superior lubricity and releasing ability, and is excellent for manufacturing parts such as bearing hubs, aluminum wheels, and continuously variable transmission.

Please see the graphic below to see more examples of actual parts that are manufactured using our cutting-edge lubricant technology.
