GRAPHACE - Die Casting Lubricants
Die casting is a process where molten metal is poured into a mold at high pressure and solidified. During this process a die casting lubricant, the GRAPHACE Series, is necessary for the releasing of the finished product from the mold. Parts made in a typical die casting machine include aluminum and magnesium metal products (i.e. automotive parts, computer components). The GRAPHACE Series technology contributes to improving the productivity and work environment while maintaining efficiency.
Water-based Minumum Quantity Spray Lubricant
GRAPHACE MQ - Series performs as an excellent releasing agent in minimum quantity/fine spray application driven by high adhesive properties. High performance with little to no dilution allows how higher throughput in die casting applications while dramatically improving the environmental impact.
